When an assignment merits a creative search solution, our in-house marketing and design team will manage the whole process for you. This includes developing campaigns and designing content, through to media planning and mailing out or placing advertisements. We also regularly create candidate packs and microsites for our clients. These are intended to highlight career opportunities and provide greater insight into what it’s like to work for our clients.
To ensure that the candidate attraction process is effectively executed, it’s really important that information concerning financial packages, job specifications, pension arrangements and relocation requirements are communicated clearly. Our in-house team can ensure that this side of your recruitment project is taken care of through producing first-rate clear and concise messages, tailored to your needs.
Forms of advertising include:
- Job board advertising - generalist & industry specific
- Social media job advertising - on relevant social media platforms
- Nigel Wright website - branded and non-branded advertising
- Job email alerts to relevant candidates on our database
Typically, these contain detailed information about the company, its place in the market, its culture, the role, location, package and much more. These packs are a tangible item that create a point of difference in the marketplace and have proved to be particularly effective for large, high value recruitment assignments.
Yankee Candle General Manager Candidate Pack
Yankee Candle worked with our London Executive team to recruit a General Manager for their UK business in order to create further demand across their branded portfolio. As well as our in-house research team being allocated to assist in the search, the Nigel Wright design team produced a high quality candidate pack to further showcase the Yankee Candle brand and share the company's compelling story.
The candidate pack included impressive key statistics about Yankee Candle, as well as detail of the company's history, mission and organisational structure. The General Manager role was outlined in full, with striking imagery used to reflect the quality of the brand and products.
Carlsberg Marketing Director/VP Marketing Candidate Pack
Carlsberg partnered with Nigel Wright to find a Marketing Director to revitalise their brand portfolio in the UK.
The candidate pack was just one part of a full-scale approach adopted by Nigel Wright to successfully find and place the ideal candidate. The candidate pack included information on the company background, their shared vision and plans to reshape the UK business. Key brands were also highlighted in the pack as well as a detailed job description for the role.
In addition to or to compliment a candidate pack, we also offer our clients a detailed microsite, hosted on our website. This follows a proven template to ensure that potential candidates are able to get a full picture of the role(s) and the company.
Microsites can be comprised of 6 custom pages. Suggestions for information to add, include:
- Company history
- Company vision and values
- Company brands/divisions
- Company benefits and job perks
- Team information and employee testimonials
Microsites can also include:
- Unlimited job vacancies
- Client corporate branding and imagery
Client microsites receive maximum visibility to encourage a high number of website visitors to view them. Visitors to our website will have access to the full client microsite when they land on any of the clients' vacancies. The microsite can also be accessed via the Nigel Wright homepage.
Job advert email campaigns
We have an extensive database of candidates and communicate with them on a regular basis. When an assignment requires it, we can enhance spoken communication with job advert emailers, sent directly to the inbox of a potential candidate. These communications are highly effective at successfully attracting candidates who are not active on the job market.
